Shipping Update

Unfortunately, Japan Post has announced that it will suspend the acceptance of international mail destined for the United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, France, and Belgium from Mar.8, 2022, for the time being. Because mail transportation to various countries/territories has been disrupted due to the unstable situation in Ukraine. We can still ship to these countries by DHL and FedEx. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and hope for your kind understanding.

Shipping Update

On April 1, 2021, Japan Post significantly increased Standard Airmail shipping rate. For example, the shipping rate for sending a piece of 100g of tea to the United States has almost tripled. We have been offering free Standard Airmail so far, but unfortunately this price increase has made it impossible to maintain free Standard Airmail. Therefore, from April 2, 2021, we have to charge a shipping fee of JPY 350 to JPY 800 (flat rate) depending on the country for the Standard Airmail.
We would appreciate your understanding.

Coronavirus (COVID-19): Impact on Shipping Update

We decided to suspend shipping until the end of June 2020. Because at present, we cannot ship to most countries by International Mail (Japan Post), even if it can be shipped, the arrival is significantly delayed. Now we are working to integrate DHL / Fedex shipping rate into our shopping cart system as an alternative shipping method, but it will require some time. We will re-open on July 1, 2020.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your kind understanding.
