Coronavirus (COVID-19): Impact on Shipping Update

Unfortunately, Japan Post has announced that it will suspend the acceptance of international mail destined for the United States from April 24 (Friday) for the time being.
Now we are seeking to adopt alternative way of shipping other than Japan Post.
We will announce it on our website, Facebook or newsletter as soon as we are ready to resume shipping.

Coronavirus (COVID-19): Impact on Shipping Update

Japan Post has announced that it will expand the number of countries and regions that temporarily suspend the acceptance of international mail to 160 countries from April 10 (Fri). Newly added countires are Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Australia, etc.

Also, due to the significant reduction and suspension of flights, it is expected that international mail destined for the United States will require more than two weeks to be loaded onto the airplanes.

Coronavirus (COVID-19): Impact on Shipping

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those who were affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19).

On Apr 1, 2020, Japan Post Office announced that it suspended accepting international mail items to 153 countries due to the reduction of flights from/to Japan.

At present, we can still ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.

We cannot ship to Italy, Spain, Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Russia, etc.
