Kiyosawa
This premium tea is made from only the first flush leaves harvested from late April to mid-May. Rich in natural sweet flavor and complex Umami with a slight mint-like fragrance.
Pesticide-free but not organic. This farm is family-owned and does not obtain JAS organic certification because it costs a lot to obtain JAS organic certification. Thus, this tea is not organic.
Brewing Tips
Amount of Tealeaves: 5g
Water Temperature: 60-70C (140-158F)
Amount of Water: 120ml (4oz)
Steep: 80 seconds
Add more tealeaves to suit your taste.
