Organic Yame Matcha Premium Culinary Grade
Organic Matcha from Yame is rare. This Matcha is made from 100% first flush tealeaves harvested in May. Low price but superb quality. Suitable for “Usucha” (thin tea). We offer this matcha in a zip bag, not tin can as normally offered, in order to reduce the price. Certified organic by OCO (Organic Certification Organization Co., Ltd.), Japan.
Oxygen absorber included in zip bag (do not eat).
The oxygen absorber helps to prevent the oxidation and keep the quality of Matcha.
Sift 2 heaped Chashaku (2gram / 0.07oz) of Matcha into a bowl. Pour 70 ml (2.4 fl oz) hot water with a temperature of 80 deg C (176 deg F) into the bowl. Hold the bowl and stir the contents briskly with a Chasen (tea whisk).
