Organic Sencha Yabukita
Produced with experienced and fine craftsmanship using only first flush leaves of the Yabukita cultivar. Excellent balance of natural sweetness, Umami, and slight, clean astringency.
1st. brew: Very rich in umami, and natural sweetness with a refreshing invigorating scent.
2nd. brew: Excellent balance of umami, sweetness, and pleasant astringent taste with a refreshing after-note.
Brewing Tips
Amount of Tealeaves: 5g
Water Temperature: 70-80C (158-176F)
Amount of Water: 120ml (4oz)
Steep: 1-2 minutes
Add more tealeaves to suit your taste.
