This organic sencha is made from only first four leaves and buds harvested in April-May.
Excellent balance of umami, sweetness and a slight astringent taste with a refreshing after-note.
Brewing Tips
Amount of Tealeaves: 3g
Water Temperature: 70-80C (158-176F)
Amount of Water: 100ml (3.4oz)
Steep: 2-3 minutes
Add more tealeaves to suit your taste.
