This organic Genmaicha is produced using organic tealeaves harvested in October, which is called Autumn-winter Bancha, and organic roasted brown rice.
This tea has a clean natural sweetness and a subtle umami with a slight pleasant acidity. Very fragrant and refreshing plus low in caffeine.

Water Temperature: 80-90C (176-194F)
Amount of Water: 300ml (10oz)
Steep: 1 minute
