This organic Genmaicha is produced using organic tealeaves harvested in October, which is called Autumn-winter Bancha, and organic roasted brown rice.
This tea has a clean natural sweetness and a subtle umami with a slight pleasant acidity. Very fragrant and refreshing plus low in caffeine.
Amount of Tealeaves: 5g
Water Temperature: 80-90C (176-194F)
Amount of Water: 300ml (10oz)
Steep: 1 minute
Add more tealeaves to suit your taste.

This genmaïcha is my daily tea. It’s delicate but easy to appreciate. The mix between components is well made and makes the difference with genmaïcha we usually find in grocery shops.
As lots of organic teas, the brew shows very kind astringency.
A small price for a tea this quality that deserve to become your regular one.
