Organic First Flush Hojicha
This organic Hojicha is produced using only the first flush tealeaves harvested in April-May.
This tea has a natural sweet aroma with an excellent nutty flavor. Good for both hot and cold brews. Plus low in caffeine.
Brewing Tips
Amount of Tealeaves: 5g
Water Temperature: 90C (194F)
Amount of Water: 300ml (10oz)
Steep: 1-2 minutes
Add more tealeaves to suit your taste.
