Our best Kagoshima green tea, which is produced from a carefully selected blend of the first flush leaves of Yabukita and Yutakamidori with the skill of a craftsman, and finished with strong roast that brings out the excellent “hika”, fragrant flavor.
1st. brew: produces clear yellow color, extremely rich in Umami and sweetness with the excellent “hika”, fragrant flavor.
2nd. brew: produces intensely green color, good Umami like a seaweed and sweetness with slight astringency.
Amount of Tealeaves: 5g
Water Temperature: 60C (140F)
Amount of Water: 120ml (4oz)
Steep: 2-3 minutes
Add more tealeaves to suit your taste.
