PLEASE NOTE:
TEA ITEMS: free shipping worldwide. Shipped by Regular Airmail, and normally
takes about 7-10 days for delivery.
POTTERY ITEMS: shipping charge is automatically calculated according to
the total weight, destination and shipment method.
You can choose from the following shipment options:
EMS (EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE) - shipped with an insurance coverage and tracking service. Normally takes about 5 days for delivery.
REGULAR AIRMAIL - the maximum weight limit is 2 kg. If the total weight of your order exceeds 2 kg., "EMS" is applied automatically as a shipping method even if you selected "Regular Airmail". No insurance and tracking service available. Normally takes about 7-10 days for delivery.
Since items you ordered are shipped direct from each manufacturer, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. You will NOT incur additional shipping charges for the split shipment. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact us.

Return policy |
Should you feel the need to return the item, please return your purchase.
We will make a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping
charges provided:
All tea products must be returned within 14 days of the arrival date in
unopened condition and securely wrapped. Buyer accepts responsibility for
shipping charges back to Zencha.net and any duties paid by the customer.
All pottery products: simply return your purchase to us, undamaged and unused, within 14 days taking delivery. Upon receipt of the returned item we will credit your account. Our sole purpose is to make sure that you are happy. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any pottery from zencha.net, we'll gladly refund your money, no questions asked. Buyer accepts responsibility for shipping charges back to Zencha.net and any duties paid by the customer.
Please understand that we can only refund return shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.
